Noisy hotel

This hotel is very noisy and, as it is in the party area of Amsterdam, I do not advise you go if you are on a business trip and need some rest. There is also no space for co-working. They offer a good breakfast but, Id not included in the room rate, it is expensive....

This hotel is in a great location and you are able to walk anywhere you need to go within the city from the hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. You can walk right out of your hotel and sit at one of the many outdoor restaurants and people watch for hours. It also has a Starbucks nearby (which is important to me). Its also in a great location if you would like to walk anywhere within the city. This hotel is situated in the heart of Amsterdam so very well located to see all the touristic attractions nearby. We went there for a meeting and we were very happy with the service provided by the NH personnel who is always available, flexible, helpful, smiley and nice. We usually stay at The Kimpton but gave the NH Caransa a go. Great location, lovely room and friendly staff, so we were very happy with our change....

NO AC! Not recommended

This is a fine hotel but there is NO air conditioning! They say are in the process of adding some, but the rooms are very hot. Windows open only a tiny bit- and the street noise at night makes having the window difficult at best. Make SURE your room has AC or find another hotel!...
