Really friendly and helpful staff and super comfy bed. Check in was easy, hotel is well maintained and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed our stay. We had a problem with booking.com taking our payment so after 2 messages then hotel had sorted easily and booked us in manually....

You guys are amazing! Your warm welcome and perfect service, help and great coffee made me feel home, away from home.
My journey in Amsterdam (tour d'histoire) couldn't start better than from this great and central location, nearby where I have lived at the Herengracht.
My lively bedroom was small but cosy and complete and comfortable. The help of the personal with my luggage up the stairs very nice ;-).

Max brown is a Beautiful cosy hotel, with lovely rooms and the most amazing beds, the staff were really friendly and accommodating. I Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Amsterdam and we hope to return again soon, thank you!...

Excellent hotel, I couldnt recommend it more! The location is great, it is very central and only a short walk to the main attractions.
The interior was amazing! So cosy and we had an amazing view from our room which overlooked the canal. The staff were so helpful and friendly, thank you so much guys️. Shoutout to Adi who checked us out and kept hold of our luggage while we explored the final day. We unfortunately ...

Location was superb! The hotel has got a lot of character and really nice atmosphere. The bed was the most comfortable we had ever slept in! The tea and coffee making facilities were poor, there was no coffee and we had to ask, daily, for milk. Due to the nature of houses in Amsterdam they are tall and narrow, so be prepared for some steep stair climbing!! Over the 4 days we were there we got used to climbing 3 fligh...
