Good but mattress too soft

Globally good but the mattress is far too soft and sinking and did not sleep well. Otherwise well situated, stylish and the personnel is nice. Rooms are small so you wont be doing yoga! I would recommend if it were not because of the mattress....

A wonderful weekend in Amsterdam and in this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, complete with lots of choices. The staff is very kind and helpful. Too bad there is the language barrier ahaha, we would have been happy to exchange more. Thank you for everything Maison ELLE...

Easy to join with tramways and close to Leiseplein, its bars and restaurants, Museums and tourist spots like cruise boarding or Heineken house ..........................................;...

Very charming hotel, large comfortable room.
In room coffee machine and ability to open balcony doors for fresh air.
Very attentive service and knowledgeable staff
Central location within walking distance to most sights.
Beautiful park just behind the hotel...

Hotel itself is fine although some rooms are in the basement. The food, house cleaning and other service are in the average level.
However, what made me very disappointed and frustrated is that they are not responsive when I forgot my shirts in the room. I found two of my shirts were left in their hotel and I already left Amsterdam. So I sent the mail and got the confirmation from their side, I was recommended by th...
