Hotel itself is fine although some rooms are in the basement. The food, house cleaning and other service are in the average level.
However, what made me very disappointed and frustrated is that they are not responsive when I forgot my shirts in the room. I found two of my shirts were left in their hotel and I already left Amsterdam. So I sent the mail and got the confirmation from their side, I was recommended by th...

Two main complains, everything was smaller than shown in the Web, the room and bathroom were just tiny, much smaller than what we could see in the pics, breakfast was good and the personnel very kind.. but with only one person to serve all guests it took us a long time!!...

We loved everything! All of the staff were so kind and polite and welcoming!
Our stay was so good, we extended our stay by one extra day! Room was beautiful, well designed, comfortable, clean, couldn't have asked for more.
The breakfast host made us breakfast to our request and the French toast with blueberries was very good!

OK, so the hotel is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. What are you paying for? Well, a great location if you want to be near the museum district or by the famous park. you also get an immaculate (though small) room. Nothing too negative to report. This was a great little hotel with character, charm, and style. Very Parisian, which we loved. Room was comfortable, bathroom was large, lots of light from the large windows, and robes/slippers. There's a nice selection of coffee, wine, and a lovely breakfast in the morning. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
