Very nice place. Staff are accommodating and very professional. A very unique place. Very welcoming environment. A place to look back. Food is so special. Everything is being planned well everyday. A place to remember in this place. Very recommended....

It was a great experience though. But they can still improve on some aspects such as service, food and customer service. But I can still recommend this to my friends and family. I feel safe when I was there but a lot can still be improved. Good ambiance though....

Currently staying at this hotel in Amsterdam and feeling very uncomfortable and looking forward to going home. The way the staff think its ok to treat a group of young girls is shocking. From checking in I have been polite to any staff I have dealt with and we have actually been out of the hotel 90% of the time too. Asked for advice on where I could buy toiletries and couldnt even get an answer for this. Was told there is a shop along the road. Great help. On arrival we arrived early morning and we asked if we could check in slightly earlier but they weren't interested which is fair enough if they cant do this but it would be nice to have staff be kind to their guests and it be a nice experience. There was an initial mix up where we were allocated a double room when we had booked a twin room. I was travelling with my teenage son so it was an issue. Unfortunately, the hotel was busy so we had to share for 1 night but the staff went out their way to sort things out and move us to a twin room the next morning.
