Great location for museums and art galleries

We stayed here on our recent trip to Amsterdam.
The room was great for us, nice and airy, good size. The stairs up to the room were steep which is worth bearing in mind if you're in part of the hotel without a lift, but the staff on the front desk did check with us that we'd be fine with this before confirming the room.

Nice but too small

Stayed her for 2 nights, wouldve been 3 but we left early.
The staff were lovely and so helpful but the rooms are tiny. We had a cosy double and I cant believe how small and cramped it was, the photos need to be updated as they are very misleading, for this reason alone we would not return.
That being said, the rooms were very clean and nicely decorated...

Such a quaint, boutique hotel. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Our room had everything we needed. Its small but we found a spot for everything. The bathroom was tight with lots of hot water and there was a hairdryer. We loved the ample buffet breakfast - lots of good food !! Centrally located with the main museums close by....

Very nice place. Staff are accommodating and very professional. A very unique place. Very welcoming environment. A place to look back. Food is so special. Everything is being planned well everyday. A place to remember in this place. Very recommended....

Needs improvement

It was a great experience though. But they can still improve on some aspects such as service, food and customer service. But I can still recommend this to my friends and family. I feel safe when I was there but a lot can still be improved. Good ambiance though....
