Disappointing stay

We have stayed here previously and cancelled a different hotel reservation once we saw this hotel had availability. This visit was a disappointment, and we won't be returning.
Like many hotels, they are using the 'environmental concerns' as a way to reduce the staffing and servicing of rooms. We did, however, request our room to be serviced - it is one of the pleasures of staying in a hotel after all.

The staff were absolutely lovely at the leonardo and very helpful as it was mine and my partners first time in Amsterdam amd was a little unsure on the transport etc but they helped us out no problems. Our room was lovely,very comftable and everything you would need. The staff in the restaurant upstairs were also very friendly and helpful. The view on the rooftop was absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 4 nights with Easy jet holidays.
The Hotel is situated on its own by the Rembrandt Park and is easily accessed by Tram 13 or by bus. The tram and bus stops are just outside the Hotel across the road.
The Hotel is very modern and clean and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. There is a shuttle bus provided by the Hotel to and from the Airport every 40 minutes and costs 9 euros 50c. Our bed...

Amazing stay over Christmas

We spent Christmas in Amsterdam visiting my son which the hotel was directly across the park from his house this was the first time staying here we arrive on Christmas eve and spent 4 days the hotel is a great location 10 minutes from the city centre bye tram which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel you could also walk in which we did about 30 minutes nice walk the hotel is amazing great staff rooms lovely breakfas...

No bother to stay here

Staff is rude and dont want to help.
You have to pay for any service , so you cannot consider it a 4 stars. No umbrella to borrow if not with a payment of 3 , no water in the room, if you want water you need to buy a reusable bottle for 5 , paper cups are 0,10 .
No toiletries , towels are small and old ,
Long wait as well for speaking with anyone....
