Great hotel! Nearby everything and staff are super friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy and very informative, rooms very clean and characteristic in the beautiful classic dutch building. Breakfast buffet was extensive and filling, was good for the colder mornings! Definitely staying again....

Ok, lets start with the positive, the location is good and within walking distance to the centre of Amsterdam, Dam square would be about a 20 minute walk. Now for the negatives, we arrived and stood for a good few minutes being ignored by the 2 reception staff that seemed quite happy just chatting together !!! This hotel is well situated for access to the City and the 397 airport bus stop is only a 5 minute walk away for arrival and departure. The receptionists are welcoming friendly and professional. The hotel has a checkout time of 12 midday which is rare these days this is a plus point if you have been out the night before. The rooms have a fridge which is an excellent amenity to keep milk soft drinks and beer cool. Th...

Stayed two night at the hotel. Its clean, great bed and pillows, fantastic breakfast selection and nice staff.
Its in a good location, close to museums and many restaurants. Dont know what the negative comments are about? I would stay again....

Not a problem with the hotel at all! Location was great, it was clean, had good aircon, receptionist was friendly and could leave bags in storage if needed to check out earlier than you were leaving to go and spend some more time in the city. Definitely would stay again or would recommended to a friend!...
