Great hotel close to centraal

Loved this hotel. Very close to Amsterdam centraal, but quiet at night. Hotel staff was great, they even left a gift in my room on my birthday. The room and bed were comfortable. Morning breakfast had a good variety of choices. Highly recommend this hotel....

Lovely hotel with great staff. Every member of staff was welcoming, friendly and happy to help us in any way they could. Our room was very comfortable, it was at the front of the hotel but we didn't have any problem with any noise which was great considering the Trams ran past the front. The hotel has a social hour 4-5pm where you are given a lovely glass of wine (and a top up). We were not there long enough to try ...

Amazing stay in this Hotel! We stayed here for a couple of nights and had an incredible experience from check-in to check-out. We loved everything, especially the social hour and the free bikes! The staff was great, but a truly special thanks goes to Martina, who helped us a lot. We will come back for sure!...

Horrible hotel. Expensive and looks like a youth hostel. Service was terrible including the restaurant. Cold dishes and bad quality. We visited for New Years and they could not stop the alarm from beeping in the middle of the night. The manager tried to compensate with a discount for dinner at their restaurant which just demonstrated once more the lack of service and refinement. Not worth it! Never stay here. We fel...

Fantastic location, great staff, clean large rooms, and comfortable beds. They have a great restaurant staff too, and Celia and their breakfast buffet is one of the best Ive ever had and I had so many options, including mini waffles with Nutella! Thank you!...
