Wonderful hotel, great staff - very kind and ready to assist with every request. Beautiful hotel, specious room, super comfortable bed and very nice restaurant! The location is great: 10 mins by walk from the train station and the city center.

We were booked here by Viking as a pre extension in Amsterdam before our Rhine River Cruise. Since we did not personally book the room, we had no choice in room placement or view. We ended up in Room 505...and could not have been happier. We were there 2 nights, and each morning we had the most glorious sunrise view over the city...spectacular.

I usually stay at the Marriott Renaissance a short walk from this location when I am in Amsterdam. Due to major renovations/construction , I chose to stay here. I was very happy with the location, as I have become familiar with the area. The accommodations were great. Room was "roomy" , after my river cruise this was so nice. The staff were great. A very attentive and top notch staff. The location was a 5-7 minute walk from the Centraal station. It had a tram stop nearby. They had a 4-5PM social every night, which we enjoyed. The bed was a huge welcome reflief from the previous hotel before Amsterdam. Drinks at the hotel bar were tasty. The staff provided excellent directions to restaurants and museums.
