Booked this hotel as the location was good and not too expensive. It exceeded expectations for a budget hotel, room was small but cosy with accessible shared balcony. Had everything we needed, the shower was amazing. Beds were comfortable, nespresso coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker in room was a great touch. The location was great for exploring, v close to museum quarter and within half an hour walk of the centre...

The bed takes up most of the space of the room with little to no space to walk around it. Theres no storage at all other than 1 tiny rail that hangs from the wall with 4 coat-hangers. We brought a suitcase between us which had to be shoved to the wall in-between the bed because theres no space. Theres a huge dip on one side of the bed which is uncomfortable. One pillow each. The room was ok but nowhere to unpack your case if you live out of it like me. The gluten free breakfast options were only bread rolls and croissants which they tasted strange ! I even asked the staff for gluten free rolls but got 2 fried eggs instead. When I said nicely I wanted 2 gf rolls I got a huff and not these and then got nothing ...

Check out: 11am-(*2pm) *10 p/hour between 11am-2pm.
Staff were amazing, friendly spoke English and Dutch, so communication was super easy.
Room was large, high ceiling, multi usb ports and sockets, radio, Samsung smart TV, which allows external HDMI device connections. I used my PS5, it worked well, with the super fast Internet.

Despite the rating, we did really enjoy our stay. The location felt a little out of the way, but once you get the hang of buses / trams etc, moving around the city can become really straight forward!
