We really enjoyed our stay here. It was in a good location, only a short distance to the tram station that goes into Central. The hotel was quite modern and was always very clean and tidy, and the staff were always super friendly. The only things that couldve been better for us werethere were no blinds on the windows so our room was very bright from the street lights and our TV didnt work. Wed stay here again for...

The hotel was amazing. Clean, tidy and very spacious for Amsterdam. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
The breakfast was fresh and tasted good. Would definitely stay here again when I go back.
It is about a 5min walk from the nearest tram stop. It is 2 doors down from the nearest supermarket and close to bars and restaurants...

Upon arriving was a bit unsure of the location, quickly changed our minds, lots of really nice restaurants and bars within walking distance, tram stop is just around the corner. Staff at hotel very friendly and hotel spotless...

Room had bedbugs, ruined the last day of my trip

Hotel staff was nice, but I woke up at 3am to bed bug bites all over my neck, face, and thighs. The bed was soft and didn't seem to be in good quality. Upon turning the lights on, I saw so many bed bugs on the bed and bedframe, it was infested.
Staff had me wait for over an hour to find a nearby available room, which I eventually got, but then had to return to the hotel the next day. The next day, staff recommended...
