Great location, but be careful NOT to get a room on the 4th floor. We booked two rooms, one a single (which actually had a double bed in it) and one a twin. The single was on the first floor, a good size room, nice window, plenty of space. The twin was basically a hostel room....two small beds pushed up against opposite walls with a narrow gap between them that only one person could squeeze down at a time. Even th...

The hotel is located very close to Museumplein tram stop. However is surrounded by kinder schools so it gets quite noisy in the morning, best to keep windows shut. But the room does get quite warm when windows are closed.
The beds were comfortable. The pillows are the square European size which were very high and big - not so comfortable. The towels were quite thin. The shower was nice.

Jay at the front desk took care of us and provided us with a great room on short notice. The room was fresh, clean, and updated. The shower was hot with new hardware, windows opened up to a great view, and everything was as it should be. The location was also a treat with a clean entry/exit into a quaint area of Museumplein. The first person we phoned at reception wasn't that helpful, asking us to arrange for someone to pack and post it for us. Did a 1 day solo stay here and it was everything I needed. Very affordable price for something I booked last minute and the room was exactly what I needed: clean, modern and comfortable place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet at night, right down the street from major museums and several tram stops.
