Stay clear of this hotel endless problems rude staff workmen starting at silly times couldnt get in the building

This has to be the worst hotel in Amsterdam normally when youre away one little thing might go wrong however this hotel there was a number of issues and it ruined my whole break was my partners birthday ruined it. Staff are rude. Stay away.
The room was so small nothing like what was shown on the pictures. My room did not even have any windows people banging on the walls as they come through the corridor all night

Arrived at 4pm to the reception full of guests waiting to check in. The receptionist seemed annoyed that we had arrived! She pointed out everyone who was waiting to check in and told us to sit down and wait also. When we asked what was happening she could not give us an explanation, when we asked how long wed be waiting it was I dont know. After 2 hours of waiting we could finally check in. I absolutely loved this stay, I will be staying here again for sure! I stayed for my birthday and it was amazing! Bluetooth marshal speakers in your room really was the highlight of it. Not to mention the amazing coffee machine. TV with good selection of channels for a briefing citizen travelling to Amsterdam. We had a river view which was amazing and a free ferry station located outside that takes u in to Amsterdam ...

Fell for the price but that was a trap since they had more additional costs. 1 night almost 200 euro is to much. Especially when the walls are so thin you hear other rooms. And the big Pilar in the room is just a big obstacle ...
