This is a beautiful hotel but we wouldn't return due to the poor customer service. First, I would choose wisely when booking a room here. We booked the Deluxe room and it was great but friends of ours had booked the comfort room and it was a shoebox. The hotel does have excellent design and is in a great neighborhood.

Be cautious with the cheaper room options, as they have NO windows and feel incredibly claustrophobic. When I asked to change rooms, the reception staff were unhelpful and quite rude. After escalating to a manager, they agreed to move me to a room with windowsat a higher ratebut this "upgrade" turned out to have scaffolding and a sheet blocking any view. Despite this restricted view, no discount was offered.
