The lady who worked check-in was very helpful, but after that the experience was not so good. Bar not adequately staffed, sand-paper toilet paper, no conditioner and only one inexplicably small trash can hidden next to the toilet. This is a beautiful hotel but we wouldn't return due to the poor customer service. First, I would choose wisely when booking a room here. We booked the Deluxe room and it was great but friends of ours had booked the comfort room and it was a shoebox. The hotel does have excellent design and is in a great neighborhood.
