Location is excellent. Close to train station. Room was lacking a fridge otherwise was great. Easy checking in and out....

Hotel positioned nicely in Amsterdam central. Good sized rooms and amenities - maybe better lighting in corridors advised....

This is my 2nd time staying in Hotel Mai, this time i got an executive room with canal view. Nice view, nice size and good big bed. But no slippers, robes, complimentary bottled water(s). Can ask for dental kit from the reception. The reception staff are very nice and accomodating, day and night. They can be asked for places to go, and can suggest where to eat etc... The reception team were incredible. The way the treated us was so impressive. The hotel was so clean and the rooms were lovely. Me and my wife were celebrating our mini-honeymoon and my birthday, the hotel mai team left us a handwritten card in our room with a beautiful message inside and they left us balloons and rose petals. They even granted us a late checkout free of charge. We quite literally couldnt have asked...
