Convenient location for using transit

I appreciated how close it was to the train station, including buses that take you to the airport. I appreciated how they let me check in very early because a room was available. I appreciated the refrigerator inside the room. The hotel is a relatively affordable option versus paying more to stay closer in the city. The metro can easily get you to the museums and major tourist attractions....

We visit Amsterdam often but recently hotel prices in City Centre and at the airport have outpriced our budget. Seeking comfortable, affordable hotels during layovers and visits, we have started looking in neighborhoods since were very comfortable using Amsterdams excellent public transportation. It was our first time visiting Amsterdam and this was a great choice of hotel!
It was right next to the Stadium and the best thing was there was a game during our time there... you might think that there was a lot of confusion and noise but the opposite, we didn't hear anything!

Let me begin with what's obvious: this hotel won't win points for its ambiance or views but it's a good hotel near a major train/metro station which makes it very convenient to get into central Amsterdam or to do day trips to other cities.

I visited this hotel on the occasion of attending a concert nearby.
The room was clean, as was the hotel, it left a good impression on us.
We also liked the view from the window, it was not obstructed by anything.
