We stayed here for 2 night city break in December. Never been to Amsterdam before. The hotel is about 25 mins tram ride from Centraal station, but we found this perfect distance away from the centre. Also, the tram ride gave chance to see some of the surrounding areas and we found some lovely hidden little gems by doing this. Cannot recommend enough getting a travel card!!! We previously visited this hotel two years ago and was very happy so saved up to come back this year, pre paid and was very much looking forward to coming back, however on the way to the airport this morning there was a very serious accident on the motorway and we missed our flight.
I messaged the hotel 3 times before I got a response telling me they could not help with travel money which is not what I was suggestin...

I had a good experience staying here. The staff were very nice and friendly, the location is good, close to the airport and the price was excellent. The room was clean, the only thing is that it had a weird smell when I first got there, but I opened the window and problem solved. I will definitely stay there again....

They're essentially robbing people. I was on vacation with my family and booked a two-day stay at this hotel. During the booking process, I mistakenly selected a two-year-old instead of a three-year-old. As a result, they charged me an extra 110 euros, claiming that a three-year-old requires an additional bed.
