Great budget friendly hotel

A great budget friendly hotel. The location is excellent, right outside the train station. There is also a Spar shop downstairs, open 7-24. The room was spacious although the mattress could've been better.
We also met Karolina at breakfast, and she was wonderful! So full of energy and cheer, really helped start our day on a joyful note....

We met Karolina at Hotel's restaurant. She is the most kind people that I see. She helped us kindly and gently. She shows everything and she give small presents to kids which makes kids very happy all the holiday.
I realy love her energy and positive attitude.
Thank you Karolina
Next time we will choose Holiday Inn again just to see you again.

Amazing experience facilities, food and really great staff for all the service, clean room, check-in process quite fast and great hospitality especially for Karolina. The location of the hotel is strategic to go to city area. Food is really delicious and nice....

Clean hotel with good breakfast

We stayed here for 3 nights during late Oct24. This is our first time in Europe and the hotel is our first to stay, so it really remarkable to me.
We request for an early check-in (12:30pm) and they charged us for around 10 which is fine for me, as long as I can keep our luggage and can rest after 10hrs of travel.
The receptionist that time is not friendly and I find her bit rude when she asked if we are filming a...

Nice room, clean, with all necessary things including tea and coffee. Cleaning is provided every day, but there is an opportunity to refuse it to save water and etc. Big shower cabin, clean and comfortable, shampoo and shower gel are provided as well as a solid amount of bath towels....
