Easy access and great breakfast

This Holiday Inn was the perfect place for a getaway. It was conveniently located next to the train station which took me downtown in 5 minutes. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding!! I was also able to leave my bags in a safe place upon checkout so I could explore Amsterdam a little more before leaving....

The hotel is right next to the railway station but no noise penetrates at all.
From the outside it is a little too neutral to be called friendly. It is stuck between a Spar convenience store and a Turkish restaurant. But I suppose a hotel cannot really change the local environment that much.

Excellent services by staff, specially from Karolina, who is very Kind and responsive and enjoying her job. She was focusing each nd every guest. We have seen she was really
asking about any needs like treating personal guest at home.

This holiday is is very conveniently localed next to train station with few eateries and a small grocery store. This place is clean and breakfast is just right with some hot and clean salad etc. Staffs there are very friendly. I met a breakfast staff , a young lady, name Karolina who just a burst of sunshine and very hospitable and professional. Thank you karolina for making my stay so enjoyable and at home....

Holiday Inn Sloterdijk- awful stay

Ive stayed here several times with no issues in the last 12 years, however this particular trip offered nonchalant staff, shabby room, far too hot with no temperature control as such, and if you open the window its generally very noisy outside. Really disappointed considering the cost....
