We chose this hotel based on price/convenience only but ended up being really happy we had the chance to experience Amsterdam Noord, which was very different from staying downtown in the old city at the end of our trip (both great, just different!). Great value for money , nice simple breakfast , clean and tidy room with fresh linen. House keeping were also excellent, Also special mention to Gomez on the front desk who was extremely polite and helpful. Well situated for central Amsterdam...

Everything is perfectly fine with the property but I found issue and their housekeeping staff stolen 300 Euro from our wallet.
while going out we given request for the cleaning of the rooms and when we arrived in the late evening it was not through and then I went to the Duty Manager and discussed and they accepted their mistake and they deputed one girl for the cleaning .
Girl came to the room with the towels only...

Gorg hotel! Our room on the 14th floor was gorgeous with an amazing view. Super clean and comfortable (especially the bed). The staff were lovely and very accommodating. Gokhan was super helpful when I was struggling to check in without my partner. Lovely guy!

Stayed there for four nights, the rooms are comfortable, clean. Bathrooms are good.
Staff is helpful. Location of the place is good with Train and Bus Stop around 15 minutes walk. The ferry station is also 10 minutes walk . Well connected. The view from the hotel is beautiful, overlooking the river. Breakfast is minimalistic, can be done little better. There is no other shop nearby except a food market, so if you wis...
