Excellent location right next to metro/train station. Rooms were decent and clean , hotel overall was very good. Only let down for us was breakfast, I can only suggest that the staff here have never tried the food, everything was the blandest tasting food ever , hash browns, toast, butter, croissant, beans, sausage, egg all bland and tasteless . Hampton by Hilton is conveniently located near metro and train, and it is easy to get to from the airport.
Besides this, the area around the hotel is not quite so inviting, many loiterers and druggies around, and the smell of cannabis was strong on the street.
The hotel itself is quite decent, a big enough room, clean and with good facilities.

A No nonsense hotel I must say.
Great service...specially at the breakfast buffet. We asked for an early breakfast which was promptly offered to us..
The room came with a nice view and was clean. The best part is the location. It is well connected to all major places by train and tram service.
The hotel mostly tends to business travellers but we also enjoyed our stay.

Great for the Arena

Excellent location near Johan Cruff Arena and main line railway. Short journey to Schippol airport and about 20mins to city centre. Very clean and friendly staff. Big screen Tv, quiet rooms and quality of food excellent.
Minor gripes: slightly expensive overall and very busy at breakfast time. Avoid between 9am and 10am....

Affordable and pleasant short break

I recently spent 3 nights at this hotel with a friend in a twin room.
I used the Hilton Honors app to check in prior to arrival, which meant we just had to quickly collect a key from reception.
The train station is right outside of the hotel and easy to get the train to/from the airport and the metro/train into the city centre. It's cheaper to use your card to tap in and out at the station instead of buying tickets.
