Very nice hotel, kind and very professional and polite staff especially at the front desk. Only issue that had a negative impact on our experience came from the fact that we are charged 3 days before we check in despite the booking post for this hotel free cancellation until day before check in. Today we did check out and our money are still not available on our credit card?...

We came from Rouen, France to celebrate a special occasion.
We had the warmest welcome by Victor Da Silva.
Amazing service, nicest ambiance, spacious rooms and very clean facilities. Overall Ill say 10/10.
I definitely recommend this hotel and this marvelous city....

Victor Da Silva is very attentive to tourists, he took the time to explain each part of the hotel to us, as well as the attention to inform us which bus, train or subway to take to go to the most touristic places in the area, if you arrive at the hotel ask for him...

Hotel is fine though WAY overpriced. It's in the middle of nowhere. There is NO street life, no cafes, no restaurants, no stores NOTHING for blocks. It is close to the metro which takes about 30 min to city center. Tram stop is further away, and then about 20 min to anything interesting. If you are driving and want a place to park your car while in the city, it might make sense. The "spa" costs extra which is not ...
