Very friendly and helpful. Easy booking. Excellent value for money, and we were even able to park our car with roof box! Slightly confusing as there are 2 Conscious hotels almost adjacent to each other, but they seem to work in co-operation....

Good location. Very nice breakfast! Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Small rooms but that is all one needs! Close to trams for an easy ride to the centre of the city. A person can also take a tram/train from the airport to this hotel....

They will not clean the room before 4. I like staying in the room from around 4 to about six. I've always asked the reception to get it cleaned before 3 and they only did it one day out of 4. Money badly spent. Choose another hotel.

This was such a pleasant surprise. Clean and comfortable, with attentive staff who go the extra mile to make things right.
Angelo, met us and ensured we had the right rooms. The accessible room I had booked was not ready but the shower in the room next to my young son's room was accessible enough so I coped.
The Hotel conforms to its ethical model whilst not compromising on customer care. For me an hotel needs ...

Credit card used without permission.

I stayed at the hotel and enjoyed it. However, my room was prepaid, and after I left, $409 was taken from my card. This is incorrect, but it is impossible to get to the hotel to find out what happened. I have emailed four times, but no one has responded. Not so conscious!...
