Very welcoming staff, nothing was too much. Rooms were lovely. Shower was great! Tram stop outside which was very convenient. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be coming back again. The whole hotel had a lovely scent throughout too....

Lovely staff, very comfortable, spacious (by Amsterdam standards) room, many thoughtful design touches. But the elevator was broken throughout my four day stay, and I'm glad at 71 I still have no issues climbing stairs, but still...I reported a torn bathrobe, a master switch light by the bed completely non functioning, a table lamp that only turned on and off using its plug, a slightly ripped duvet I would have ret...

The hotel was great! Well located in terms of getting about and the trams. The hotel and our room was clean, fresh and modern and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fabulous with a wide choice of options. We would definitely return to the hotel...

Nice location 10 mins on foot to rembrant district and 30 mins to dam square. Trams and metros very close by.
We stayed in a deluxe double room 310 very comfortable and quiet lovely bathroom and nice touches like bathrobes slippers and a coffee machine staff were friendly and very helpful would recommend and would definitely stay again...

I left a £500 shaver and took pictures of the room as I left to send to a friend. When I realised I mailed the hotel to be told nothing was there ? The picture is attached. This is blatant theft. The lift doesnt work properly you have to use the stairs as the staff are using it 24/7 for laundry baskets etc.
