Amazing hotel. Loved the decor, quality of food, cleanliness and the helpful and friendly staff. A great welcome on arrival. Rooms are furnished and decorated to a very high standard. It's the small but significant things too that count, from the free pastries available in the lounge to the leather bound wallet for the TV remote....

The room was lovely & clean. Only issue was the bathroom door was see through if a light was put on in there - not very private! Breakfast was very good - lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel situated near tram line 4 - very easy to get around....

Lovely hotel clean and comfortable my only issue was the windows in our room didnt open which for me is really uncomfortable at night I cant sleep without fresh air .. my mistake as I should have checked I wouldnt book another hotel without first checking. The staff were very kind and friendly . It would have been nice to have the option of eating at the hotel in the evening but the restaurant was only open for b...

Absolutely incredible hotel! Very warm welcome from the staff, excellent location, only a short walk to some shops/restaurants and the tram is more or less right on the door step of the hotel. Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay again!...

I had a small single room that was designed really well and didn't feel small at all. Bed and pillows very comfortable, big shower with rain shower head was really a treat and the Nespresso machine and complementary tea and coffee selection was very welcome. I would have preferred a larger screen TV and have it at the end of the bed rather than at the side and I also think the breakfast was priced a little on the hig...
