Shocking service and more like a 2 star

This place is shocking. 25 min to check in and we were the only ones there.
Lack of coffee and sugar... the carpet us so thin and no underlay it's hard on your feet.
The staff just don't want to help at all.
All in all very very disappointed. Far better rooms for less. Avoid...

Put the option of this hotel to the bottom of your list. In fact, stay at home if this is your only option!
Staff were ok but person behind the bar didn't want to give me a couple of glasses of iced water to take to the room on our first night.
Although we were assured they were almost full capacity, it was like a morgue.
The room heating could not be adjusted and we were told there was no one available on a weekend...

Booked and paid extra for an executive room in a 5 star hotel. The room was a standard yet they claim it's executive. Very small room. Mini bar consists of Pepsi and water. Not the beer and wine as advertised. No toiletries as advertised. Just dispensers. Very dated room with stained flooring and cobwebs. We absolutely loved this hotel. It wasn't superbly located near our tours but it was walkable. The area is very nice ad very safe! Not many restaurants nearby, but we ate at the hotel. We had dinner there and the salad course was the highlight for me . Id love to know what kind of dressing was on it. I dream of it....

Empty mini bar on arrival . Not even a bottle of water in the room. No loan adapter, just an adapter for sale at 15 euros. We pre-paid for the room but were then asked to pay 7.50 euros service fee at time of check-in. Reception couldnt explain what the service charge was for. Grumpy guy at the bar asked if I wanted to pay an additional tip on top of my $90 single skewer satay and spaghetti bolognese. I said no than...
