The location is very good, close to everything and in the center of Amsterdam, you can walk from the central station in 5 minutes, Breakfast was good, not huge, but of good quality, and the cooks were Portuguese, so you could talk in Portuguese .

Room was nothing like advertised. We were put in room 109 which was like a prison cell with a tiny window at the top of the room that didn't let in any natural light or air. Room small, no wardrobe space. It was dingy the whole day which meant we had to have the lights on whenever we were in room. Bathroom smelled. Air con hit and miss.

We had a deluxe double version weird room with a huge box shape bench in the room, we used this to put two open suitcases on it was that big. Room was functional but not that clean, dirty makes a bathroom door. Coffee and tea supplies not stocked daily, lucky we had our own but no milk.
Location was the best part of the hotel.
Breakfast was good door small hotel.
Reception, we have travelled for two months throughout...

One of the most filthiest hotels I have ever been to. Checked out before I checked in. Bedsheets were dirty. Walls and rugs are filthy. Trash bags left in hallways. Unfriendly rude staff. Refuse to let us know who the manager is. Good luck if you stay there....

I liked this hotel and thought it was a great choice.
Really good central location and right near lots of shops and restaurants.
The service was quite friendly and welcoming.
The room was comfortable and warm central heating.
Comfortable bed and room had all we needed, except for a mini fridge. No where to store our water and other drinks.
My hubby loved the lollies in the foyer on the counter.
