Great hotel, but....

Perfect location. In the centre of entertainment hub of Amsterdam. Trams and Metro station very close. Premier department store in Holland ( De Bijenkorf ) next door. Rooms sound proofed .Have decent fridge for storing milk and food.
From my room the garden was an absolute mess and someone should persuade the owners to create an oasis of calm. Also staff were clearly seen smoking. An unedifying sight....

The Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is an amazing hotel with a fantastic location right in the heart of the city. We loved how convenient it was to explore all the main attractions from here. Thanks to our status, we were upgraded to a room with a breathtaking view of the Dam Square and the Royal Palacean unforgettable experience! The breakfast was a highlightextensive and delicious, with many items freshly prepared for us....

I would not be able to give such a high rating if it werent for all the incredible employees at this gem of a hotel. Located in the heart of the Dam it is expert located to many tourist venues, but also a short walk to amazing sites. The historical buildings are a point of pride to those who are native, but shared with all who show interest. The facilities are top-notch, as I have the staff. From those who greet you...

Happy to the fullest, modern interior, comfy bed, bath room is nice, very strategic area, close to trem station and high end Shopping mall just in front of you. Famous Cafe and restaurants just next to the hotel. I will come back for sure. ️️️...

I stay in this hotel on a regular basis and the offering continues to improve.
I arrived an hour before check in and unfortunately my room wasnt ready.
Miriam at the reception was fantastic and offered me a complimentary coffee in the cafe while I waited.
The only negative with the room I stayed in was the automatic flushing toilet.
But otherwise a great stay as always....
