Residence receptionists especially ( haidi and Sharbel) are so professional ,cooperative ..are good in problem solving with attention to detailsthey are soooo kind having excellent communication skills. Im here for 7 years ..they are from the best staff working here...

Excellent service by Conrad leisure and pool staff, but Elizabeth stood out above all. She made us feel very welcome and was extremely friendly and helpful, making our daily visit to the pool a delight. Your welcoming nature and warmth has left a big lasting impression on us. From the moment you walk in, it screams 5+ stars. The staff is 10/10, check in very fast. The rooms are spacious, my child didn't want to leave the room, and very clean. Food was delicious tried different restaurants and Ray's grill was excellent, the spa a woow. Enjoyed relaxing on the beach and the service on the pool excellent....

Stayed with family it was an incredible and amazing stay for us , huge breakfast area, lots of choices ,good food and mostly I loved the green smoothies , beautiful swimming pool. It was amazing meeting Ms Jessa ,who take time to see us in lobby when we arrived and visit us in the breakfast, nice to see her again

Had a birthday dinner at le beirut and the food was so good. Served by Ibrahim, who was very helpful and took care of making recommendations and ensured all was fine for our dinner. Would highly recommended this place. The shish and starters were all lovely and Ibrahim also got my wife a cake for her birthday. ...
