BOOKING AMENDMENTS
We get it – things happen and plans change. So whether you need to change the date, the destination, or who you’re taking with you, we’re here to help.
Can I make amendments to my holiday?
Absolutely. The easiest way to start is to log on to Manage My Booking. Just bear in mind that there’s usually an amendment fee payable per person and per change.
Please refer to our example booking terms and conditions for more information about the charges. Itinerary changes (to departure date, airport, flight time, duration, destination or accommodation) are subject to the availability status at the time you amend your booking.

Can I change the name of one of the passengers?
Yes you can. There will be a charge for this, though, which is dependent on when you are travelling. Please contact us and have your booking reference to hand.
Can I add an extra person onto my package holiday booking?
The more the merrier! To add another passenger to your holiday booking, please contact us.
BOOKING CANCELLATIONS
What if I need to cancel my holiday or flight?
If something’s come up and you need to cancel your trip, log on to Manage My Booking. Alternatively, contact us to cancel your booking.
Will I get a refund?
Please read through your booking terms and conditions for full details of amendment and cancellation fees. You’ll find these on your booking confirmation, or on Manage My Booking.
Alternatively, if you have additional travel insurance, take look at its claims policy – you may be able to get compensation depending on your circumstances.
CAR HIRE
I booked car hire with First Choice but I need to change the driver’s name.
If you booked car hire with your holiday package, the lead passenger name on the booking will be listed as the driver. Please contact us to change or add additional drivers.
