Best time to go to Gambia
The best time to visit The Gambia is exactly when you want to escape the UK – winter. While everyone else is wrapped up in woolly jumpers, you can make them jealous by escaping to the equator from November to April. We’re talking 30°C heat for Christmas. July to October is considered rainy season, but the downpours are usually short and sweet and the temperature’s still in the low 30s.Passports and Visas
British passport holders don’t need a visa to enter Gambia but must have a valid passport. For the most up-to-date information visit, https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice/the-gambia.
