As if you needed another reason to visit the Canaries. Meet, Bahia Principe Luxury Tenerife. This boujie babe’s had a serious glow up for spring 2025 and it’s all set to be open in time for your next trip, which means you’ll be one of the first to soak up all the fresh feels. So, whether you’re all about trying the hottest new stays or you’re after an adults-only moment, here’s why you’ll love Bahia Principe Luxury Tenerife.

Playa Paraiso postcode

Sitting pretty on a clifftop along Tenerife’s southwest coast, this hotel serves up some of the best ocean views and sunsets on the island. You’ll be in the middle of Playa Paraiso and Costa Adeje – two resorts with very different vibes, so you’ll get the best of both worlds. Playa Paraiso – AKA Paradise Beach – is all about the peaceful life, with three serene, sandy sweeps set up for laidback beach days. The sheltered coves are perfect for swimming and paddle-boarding, and there’s also a big diving scene here with thriving marine life, cool overhangs and rock formations. Looking for something livelier? It’s a 15-minute drive to Costa Adeje, where the upmarket seafront is lined with glitzy bars and beach clubs. And, if you need to burn off some big kid energy, Siam Park’s iconic slides are only another five minutes further. It’s called balance…

Pick your pace

Like keeping your options open on holiday? This stay sounds like a bit of you. There’s a solid list of facilities to make the most of, so you can do as much or as little as you like. The swimming area has two outdoor pools, a hot tub and comfy Bali beds that back onto gardens filled with cacti and palms – plus, a bar for those poolside cocktails, ofc. If the-fly-and-flop life isn’t for you, there are lots of activities to keep you busy. Sweat it out in a fitness class, slow things down with some yoga or meditation, and get up close and personal with Canarian culture in a local workshop. Nights here are more lowkey, think drinks in the Lobby Bar with live music or chilled beats. But, you can always head back next door for full-on shows and discos, or catch a cab into Costa Adeje if you want to go out out.

Foodie friendly

If you’re picky about hotel food, say less. Bahia Principe Luxury Tenerife already has serious culinary clout, with four restaurants and two bars taking care of your food and drink. Badana Restaurant’s the main buffet, open for breakfast and dinner. You’ll be able to try food from all around the world, plus local specialities like papas arrugadas and mojo sauce – spoiler, you won’t be able to eat anything without this smothered all over it by the end of your trip. Luckily for you, there’s also a whole Canarian à la carte restaurant here, so you can try it with other traditional dishes. For the meat lovers, Volcan Restaurant is where you want to be for the juiciest steaks, ribs and burgers. The scenery is just as good as the food, too – you’ll find it on one of the hotel’s upper terraces, so expect Atlantic views on the side of your sirloin. If you’re staying here All Inclusive for at least a week, you’ll get one meal included in one of the à la carte spots, otherwise you can pay extra to eat here as many times as you like. Plus, if you book Half Board but don’t feel like heading out for lunch, Gofio Pool Restaurant serves up snacks and small plates all day until 5pm.

Adults-only energy

The minimum age to stay here is 16, so it’s all about the calm vibes, from the relaxing pool areas and mindful activities to the boho aesthetic. Think leafy plants, warm wood and earthy tones everywhere to match the island’s landscape – no bright colours or cartoon characters here. If you love an upgrade, enter your VIP era and treat yourself to a room in The Club. This area features a handful of deluxe suites with exclusive access to a private infinity pool overlooking the ocean, plus a separate self-service bar area, special discounts on à la carte dining and fancy extras like a pillow menu and premium WiFi. You deserve it.
